On November 13, many of the brightest players of the Estonian real estate market gathered at Junimperium Bari in Kalamaja, Tallinn, to celebrate together the twenty-fifth year of the City24.ee real estate portal.
This year is symbolic for City24 in many ways. Both the 25th anniversary of the portal's activity and the 10th anniversary of the “Star of the Year” award will be celebrated. This means that for ten years City24 has recognized brokers whose work helps to increase the quality and reliability of the entire sector.
In addition to brokers, City24 also highlighted real estate developers whose projects proved to be popular favorites during the “Hot Deals” campaign that avoided the spring and fall. These included Scandium Real Estate Development Parnu Bellevueand Unico Estonia Viimsi Village.
